an explanation
my last post may have been construed as an attack on the people here on this site, but it was rather the result of a particularly nasty panic attack.  i get to feeling like i am not good enough to have the approval of people, and i suppose in some crazy way that is what i was looking for when i posted that.  i have calmed down a bit and though i am still blue, i no longer feel that crushing pressure.  still I AM glad to be here, and i am glad to have gotten to know some of you here (in some fashion anyway).

Panic attacks suck. I've been getting a lot of those lately, on top of being entirely anti-social. Hope you are feeling better.

its ok luv. i was just feeling really down on myself.  i keep having these bad panic attacks where i feel like my life is out of control, and i start to doubt my self worth.  things are just not going well for me right now.
