Lordy lord has it been craziness these past few months. Full of the drams... But now I'm a single, ecstatic and much more relaxed lady. And I have been cooking up a storm and working on a new zine and making plans for east coast travels this summer. I started playing drums. I basically haven't been without a live in boyfriend since I was sixteen. Six years later, I am ready to be alone for a while. I'm better off when I'm alone even if I am a miserable codependent fuck usually. Being alone means more art, more music, more friends, and most importantly, more dinner parties!

Tonight I am making roast chicken with balsamic glazed rainbow carrots, roast red potatoes and endive, tarragon asparagus with morels and home made baguette. Plus my girl, who is a terrific pro baker, will be whipping up some fabulous dessert concoction, possibly princess cake. mmmmmm. Don't you wish you were coming over for dinner this evening? Just a typical night at the nice house.

Other than my culinary adventures, I am missing my girls: Gwindylyn, Aries and Arin.
