I guess I don't mind the reoccuring thing, but I REALLY wish our billing info was available on this site instead of going through CC Bill.
And also, I guess my intro rate for signing up for a whole year (which ended up being $5 a month) has expired and now I am paying $10 a month. Sorry to say, that is too much for me. That's double. I would be willing to commit to another year at a lower per month rate, but there is no option on DN to do that. Or on CC Bill, for that matter.
So, now if I cancel my acct, do I lose my user ID and journal entries, etc.? How can I renew for another year at a lower rate and keep my current info?
Very frustrating.

everything stays, nothing is deleted.
I understand your frustrations, but the yearly subscriptions cannot be renewed on a yealy basis. CCBill doesnt support it for some reason
so cancel / re-signup is the same thing
