Growing up in the Bay Area in the 80's I was lucky enough to see FNM a bunch, and Mr. Bungle as well. Always amazing.... Most of what Patton does is at least interesting, if not brilliant..the guy's incredible. I'm still trying to wrap my head around the Peeping Tom album though, but it's growing on me.

I've seen Faith No More in 96, Mr Bungle in 2000, Fantomas and Tomahawk in 2003, and Fantomas again last year.
My favourite Patton albums are The Real Thing and Music To Make Love To Your Old Lady By.
Which would make Lovage my favourite Patton related band.

And Bungle's Mr Nice Guy from OU818 demo is the shit.

That's very true. And they're doing a small tour at the end of the month!

It's not too far. They are playing two LA dates. That's only about 4 hours right? (driving fast)

I love pretty much anything that Patton has done. Lately though, I have been listening to a lot of Lovage, Peeping Tom and Tomahawk.

Has anyone seen the movie Firecracker that he was in? It is out on dvd now, so I'll probably be ordering it when I get paid again.

I totally love Mike, I have seen him live with FNM, Bungle, John Zorn's Cobra, Fantomas, Tomohawk..... I adore him.

My favorite stuff is Bungle, however I love the solo voice stuff, Patton and Kaada's 'Romances' and at the moment I am totally digging "A Perfect Place" which is a soundtrack to a short film.....

Mike Patton makes me wet in the pantaloons.

I'm ashamed I havn't seen Patton live (with any band) ever. What makes matters worse is the 2 times I HAD tickets to see FNM and through various forms of bullshit I missed them.

I do think that he is by far the most talented singer in rock music today, I have yet to hear him attempt a singing style that doesn't sound amazing. (plus his slam on Wolfmother was priceless).
